Harley's - Two-level, air-conditioned dining
room with sponged yellow walls, white linens overlooking Hamilton
Harbour, pool. Buffet and á la carte breakfast. Sunday
brunch and Dinner. Poolside bar with seating under umbrellas.
Dinner dress code: long pants or Bermuda shorts and knee socks,

The Heritage Court - Colonial-Bermuda ambience
of lounge chairs, sofas, antiques, hardwood floor. Famed afternoon
tea with British silver tea sets, Belgian china, Italian linens,
and two menus. Rum Tea menu includes sandwiches such as smoked-duck-and-kumquat
in raisin bread, vegetable compote in pecan-rum bread, rum-cured
salmon in ginger bread, as well as mango and spiced-rum scone
with lime jam, and coconut-rum mousse. Second menu includes sandwiches.
Continental breakfast. Sandwiches such as guava-barbecued pork,
chowders, steaks, rack of lamb for lunch/dinner. Aged rums, malt
whiskeys, wine, champagne, piano music in evenings.
ACTIVITIES:
The hotel offers scuba-diving lessons in the pool, rents Jet Skis
